1. General
These Terms govern the use of the galery.uz website (the "Site"), owned by Galereya Best, address: 38A Abdulla Qodiriy Street, Tashkent (the "Company", "we").
By using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. Information on the Site is not a public offer
Information about products, brands, range and availability is provided for reference only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Prices, actual stock availability, specifications and delivery times are confirmed by a Company manager and are valid at the moment of confirmation. The appearance, shade and specifications of a product may differ from the images and descriptions on the Site.
3. Requests submitted through the Site
Submitting the request form does not constitute a contract and creates no obligation to sell or supply. It is an enquiry, which we answer during business hours. A contract is concluded separately, once the composition of the order, the price and the timing have been agreed.
By submitting a request you undertake to:
- provide accurate information, including a working phone number;
- not provide third-party data without their consent;
- not use the form for mailings, advertising or any automated submissions.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, structure, design and other materials of the Site belong to the Company and are protected by the copyright legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Commercial use, copying and adaptation of Site materials without the Company's written consent are not permitted. Quotation with an active link to the Site is allowed.
Brand names and trademarks (IDEAL, ART FLOOR, NMC, EGGER, DELUX and others) belong to their respective owners and are used on the Site solely to identify the goods supplied by the Company.
5. Rules of use
The following are not permitted:
- interfering with the operation of the Site, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to its sections or to the Company's internal systems;
- automated data collection from the Site (scraping) that places load on the server;
- using the Site for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". We aim to keep the information current, but we do not guarantee that information on range and availability is complete and error-free at every moment, or that the Site operates without interruption.
The Company is not liable for losses arising from unavailability of the Site, technical failures, or reliance on information from the Site without confirmation from a manager. This clause does not limit consumer rights provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7. Third-party links
The Site contains a link to the Company's internal portal (office.galery.uz), intended for staff only. The Company is not responsible for the content or policies of any other third-party resources that may be linked from the Site.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data submitted through the request form is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes not settled through negotiation are heard by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Company's location.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date shown at the top. By continuing to use the Site after changes, you accept the new version.
